DMV.ORG Named Among Top U.S. Company Cultures, San Diego’s Best Places to Work for Third Consecutive Year
ENCINITAS, CA--(October 8, 2018) - DMV.ORG, the nation's largest independent resource for DMV-related information and services, today announced that for the third year in a row, it has been recognized by the San Diego Business Journal as one of the region’s top 100 best places to work. Additionally, Entrepreneur Magazine named DMV.ORG in its 2018 round-up of high-performing company cultures in the United States. DMV.ORG placed in the top third amongst the small businesses finalists nationwide.

Each year the San Diego Business Journal partners with Best Companies Group to recognize public and private businesses in San Diego whose workplace policies, benefits, practices, philosophy, systems, and overall employee experiences are best in class. Best Companies Group managed the registration process, conducted the employee survey, analyzed the data, and determined the final rankings. Similarly, Entrepreneur Magazine utilized Energage’s proprietary "CultureTech" platform to survey companies throughout the U.S., evaluating them across seven different categories, including leadership, alignment, and engagement. Within these categories, 24 factors were measured to choose and rank the finalists based on company size.
