Keep reading for information about the types of appointments you can make, how to schedule them, and what you should bring on the day of your visit.
You should also keep in mind that many driver and vehicle-related tasks can be completed using the state's online services. Without the hassles of having to make a trip to your local driver licensing office, you really will be saying "there's no place like home."
How to Make a Kansas DOR Appointment
For now, the only types of appointments you can schedule ahead of time are for commercial driver's license (CDL) road exams. CDL road tests are done by appointment. Some offices allow you to schedule other services online.
If you'd like to schedule a CDL appointment, you'll need to contact your local CDL testing facility or call the DOR at (785) 296-3671.
