    The Wyoming Department of Transportation's (WYDOT) Driver Services oversees drivers licenses and identifications cards. Some procedures can be completed online, but otherwise you must visit one of Driver Service's 29 state locations.

    Titles and registrations are handled through WYDOT's Motor Vehicle Services section at the state's County Clerk and Treasurer offices.

    You cannot make appointments for non-commercial road tests. However, you can make a road test appointment if you're a commercial driver, by contacting any exam station.
