The Wyoming Department of Transportation's (WYDOT) Driver Services Program, which oversees license issuance and testing for the state, provides informative manuals discussing all facets of how to acquire both standard and commercial licenses.

Vehicle Operator Manual

The Vehicle Operator Manual is the most important guide an aspiring driver can get his or her hands on, considering it breaks down the process for obtaining a license.
