If you wish to become a vehicle salesperson, you'll need a Basic Business License. To obtain the license, complete an application package, available at:

Applicants need to submit a background check report with the package, as well as a certification letter from the dealership verifying their employment.

Top Fees

The license fees total $90. If paying in person, the fees are payable by cash, credit card, check, or money order. Those mailing the application may only pay by check or money order.

Top Renewals

The license needs to be renewed every two years.
