Forms in Vermont

The irony of Vermont's Department of Motor Vehicles (DMV) is that because of its super-efficient computer system, it makes it possible for you to process nearly all of your driving requirements without ever having to drive.
If you're computer-confident, you can download every needed form and application in PDF format in a matter of seconds. To view them, you may use Adobe's free Reader software. If the high-tech world is not your style, however, you can still get all of these forms and applications at any DMV location and in some instances with your town clerk.
Downloadable Forms and Applications
Most of these categories offer multiple forms and applications. Registration, for instance, has more than 40. When completing any form, remember to use a pen. Submissions in pencil will be immediately rejected.
