Motorcycle Manual in Pennsylvania

The Pennsylvania Department of Transportation (PennDOT) provides a motorcycle manual in both English and Spanish free of charge. Both can be downloaded in PDF format and require the Adobe Reader software to view.
You can also find these manuals at any statewide Driver and Vehicle Service Center location.
Both versions offer 40 pages of critical information including helmet use, tips on riding at night, how to safely approach intersections, carrying passengers, and group riding. There are also several sample questions designed to shed some light on what to expect when testing for your motorcycle license.
