DMV.org is the flagship brand of OnlineGURU Inc., a privately owned start-up aiming to simplify the lives of the online community. We don't claim to be red-tape savants or DMV dropouts. But we do know how to leverage what’s cool about the Web to create a community of drivers willing and wanting to share useful knowledge about DMV-related topics.

We collect and publish this community's feedback when it enhances our content and user experience. With more than 60 million users a year, we're swimming in it. As a comprehensive guide to the DMV, we cover hundreds of thousands of topics to make dealing with the DMV much easier. Sometimes we even save our users a trip to the state agency office or from waiting on hold for hours listening to smooth jazz.

We believe in contributing to a need greater than our own, and we continuously explore better ways to utilize the Internet to keep life simple. It’s something we call The Path to Onlightenment.
