DMV Office Locations
The Driver and Motor Vehicle Services Division (DMV) handles vehicle title, registration, and license plate issuance through its many offices throughout the Beaver State. These offices also take care of driver license and state identification card issuance and renewal, and driver license testing. You may also register to vote or to become an organ donor at these locations.
Some DMV offices are open on Saturdays. But, be aware of the holiday schedule for all of the DMV offices.

As the name implies, these centers process paperwork sent to them by licensed dealers.

Third-Party CDL Test Sites
Commercial drivers have the option of taking their drive tests at these state-approved locations.
Vehicle Inspection Program Sites
Those required to have a vehicle emission inspection completed must do so a Clean Air station.
Appointments
There's no need to wait in long lines to take your road tests. Simply make an appointment with a DMV office that conducts road tests. Commercial drivers have the option of making an appointment by contacting a DMV office or a third-party test site, but do so at least 48 hours in advance of the desired date.
