The Motor Vehicle Division (MVD), acting as a branch of the Oklahoma Tax Commission, handles registering and titling of vehicles through its tag agent offices, located throughout the Sooner State. You also order license plates and register for organ donations here.
The Department of Public Safety (DPS) administers driver license testing, driver licenses, and state identification cards. Driver license tests are conducted at driver examination stations.
Appointments
Make an appointment for driver's license (class D or CDL) testing by calling an exam station. If a phone number is not given for a station, you'll need to stop by the site to make your appointment.
