There are a few main agencies you will need to know about for driver's licensing, license renewal, automobile registration, and driver's testing. Each one has its own form and facilities. Most of the websites list addresses, phone numbers, and hours of operation.
The Oklahoma DPS does offer a few certain forms for online download - visit their forms page to see which ones may apply to you.
Contact your local Oklahoma Department of Public Safety Office for the forms you'll need for driver's licensing, driver's license renewals, endorsements, and commercial driver's licensing.
Contact the Department of Public Safety Driver's License Testing Facilities. This link gives the addresses and phone numbers for the open testing stations. You must have an appointment to take a driving test at any of these facilities.
