Should you lose your license while traveling in the United States or abroad, the North Dakota Department of Transportation (NDDOT) makes it easy to receive a temporary duplicate in three days or less. Simply e-mail the department at firstname.lastname@example.org and be sure to include your full name, your date of birth, and a fax number.
If you don't have a fax number, you can instead have your duplicate license shipped via overnight delivery. You will be required to pay all shipping costs.
