Minnesota Driver and Vehicle Services (DVS) provides its manuals online in PDF format. This requires Adobe Reader, which is free for both viewing and printing.
The manuals, which include handbooks for regular drivers, commercial drivers, and more, outline the legal requirements and regulations for driving in Minnesota.
