Appointments

Make an appointment for driver's license written and vision tests by completing and mailing the driver's license application. Once the BMV has received your application, the bureau will assign you an appointment time at the nearest BMV office. For a road test appointment, mail a road test request card to the BMV at:

For commercial drivers, after you have mailed the commercial driver's license application, the BMV will schedule an appointment for your written and vision tests. Then, after you have mailed a road test request card to the BMV, the bureau will schedule a road test appointment for you.
