This fully narrated supplemental drivers ed program will help will provide first-time drivers a comprehensive understanding of rules of the road, state laws, driving techniques and much more. Although this course does not satisfy your Hawaii drivers education requirements, this course is a great way for a first-time driver to get prepared for their upcoming learner's permit test.
This course includes six hours of full driver ed training giving the student a full multimedia learning experience. The student will have access to eight of the premier driver education videos and, finally, the student will test his or her knowledge with three permit practice tests. Once completed, the student will be ready to pass his or her test with flying colors.

The state of Hawaii provides online versions of its numerous manuals about operating a motorcycle, commercial vehicle, or regular old car or truck. Except for the moped guide, each of the documents is presented in PDF format. If you need Adobe Reader in order to view the material, you can download the software free of charge.
However, make sure you have a potent processor powering your computer―and loads of bandwidth―before downloading the driver's license handbook. The 164-page document comes in at 142 megabytes and is not divided to save time.
