• GB Classic Cars, a site dedicated to classic British cars, features a crossword puzzle that you can complete online. The words are related to classic cars (of course), and you should be advised that the site originates in Great Britain, so the lingo may differ from time to time. Also featured are a slide puzzle, word search, and jigsaw puzzle.

• In the Car is another crossword puzzle you can fill out online. Race against the clock, or even get clues letter by letter if you're stuck. The puzzle is part of the A Fun Zone Web site, which features a wide variety of online games and puzzles.

• Cars and Car Parts is offered by Heinle's Newbury House Dictionary of American English. Fill out the puzzle online, get hints by letter or word, or print out the puzzle to solve later.

• Locator Magazine, specializing in spare auto parts, offers a Crossword Puzzles page on its site. It features dozens of puzzles on a wide variety of car-related topics, including words containing "car," industry leaders, car and hot rod slang, and rare automobiles. You can fill the puzzles out online, and even get hints when you get stumped.
