Driver Handbook in Connecticut
Connecticut Driver's Manuals
You're going to need to do your homework before taking the required Department of Motor Vehicles exams to receive a learner's permit, commercial license, or non-commercial driver's license. To help you study, the state publishes a series of free driver handbooks.
Each of these handbooks is specifically designed to help you pass required license exams. They include practice questions and safe driving tips, as well as motor vehicle laws.
