Office Locations
The Office of Motor Vehicles (OMV) handles vehicle registrations, titles, and license plates. Visit a revenue office to take care of your OMV transactions.
Driver's licenses and state identification cards transactions are also completed at revenue offices, supervised by the Office of Driver Services (ODS).
Other Related Agency Information
The Arkansas State Police conducts driver license testing, although this service is not available at every location.
Appointments
Practical tests, also known as road tests, are available by appointment for commercial drivers only by calling one of the six Arkansas State Patrol county troop headquarters offering the service (Little Rock, Newport, Russellville, Hope, Pine Bluff, and Springdale locations).
